I hadn’t seen that Eric Thomas video before and I’m so glad you had it here for me to see. I’ve never heard the analogy that you must want success as much as you want to breathe when you can’t. Now that is immense focus and desire for success. Using that analogy for me means I don’t want it bad enough, but you and Eric just made me realize that I must want it so much more.
I have already been getting up fairly early but when as Eric says, you should be willing to give up sleep altogether then I have a ways to go there too. Though I do think if you are more productive and focused with your time, you could squeeze in some required sleep and meals as well. We do have to keep ourselves healthy to be successful for sure. Our health is our most priced possession and must be protected.

Recently I read a good book by Robin Sharma and success – personal success “The Leader Without a Title”. I think to much focus is on being a success and not enough about being comfortable in your own skin fist, accepting who you are, what your strengths are, and what you are really passionate about first. Not everyone is inspired by the same things and success will be different for everyone. But, once you know “sucess” what ever that is will follow …

Great video. It may be three years old and some may have seen the video many times it is not old hat unless we are wearing it. It never hurts to rekindle the fire of our desire. Napoleon Hill said, “Desire is the fuel that ignites the fire that transmutes thoughts into things.” The story that Eric uses make clear the importance of desire.
